Our Founder/Director/Lead Teacher/Choreographer
Ms Reilly is an Advocate for Quality Recreational Dance Education for students of all ages! She is a Preschool and Kindergarten Dance Curriculum and Education Professional and is an expert in making dancers first steps into the classroom enjoyable. She engages with her Elementary thru High School students and incorporates important life skills into her dance curriculum. Ms Reilly believes that Dance Education should be a life long journey. She builds confidence in the exciting adult classes she teaches and welcomes adults into the classroom for the first time or back on the dance floor.
Ms Reilly is a Bridgewater State University Alumni Dance Education Major & Graduated with Honors. She is continously studying her craft and participating in professional development along with cross training to be the best dance teacher, performer and role model she can be for her students and dance family. She regularly attends dance classes, workshops and seminars. Recently, she has studied at the DanceLife Retreat Center, The Dance Boss University, The iTap Teacher Training Program, Bring Tap to the People and The Dance Complex in Boston, MA. Ms Reilly thinks it’s critical for her students to see that even teachers never stop learning and growing.
Ms Reilly is a Member of The National Dance Education Organization and is a Nominee for Dance Teacher of the Year. She has 19yrs of Experience as a Dance Studio Owner, Dance Teacher, Choreographer, Producer and Director. She is a Certified Acrobatic Arts Teacher and worked to make The Dance Factory MA a Certified Acrobatic Arts Studio!
In the Dance Competiton Circut, Ms Reilly is known for Quality over Quantity. She has lead The Dance Factory MA to receive is the Prestigious Studio of Excellence Award from the Association of Dance Competitions and Conventions on more than one occasion.
Her high standards in dance are matched by numerous Overall High Scores and Special Awards. Judges continuously comment on how well rehearsed her students are and that their teachers and choreography are exceptional. Ms Reilly is also proud of her age appropriate choices in choreography, music, costuming and themes.
